Our name, Chroma, means intensity of colour. It is thought that humans can recognise almost 10 million different colours, shades and hues. By contrast, there are over 117 billion people in human history - how many of them can you recognise? Hidden Heroes is a game about shining a spotlight on the broad spectrum of people who have left a mark on this world, particularly the ones whose names have been lost to time. We want to bring these names back to the forefront. We want to turn them into the ones you speak about over the dining table, the ones you refer to in conversation, the ones that give you inspiration, and the ones that give you strength. Each of the heroes in this deck have been hand-picked, hand- researched and hand-drawn by members of our team, who saw parts of themselves in their stories. When you play, we want you to have fun, test your wits and wonder at the glorious spectrum of human achievement!
